The Learning Communities for School Success Program (LCSSP) Request for Applications (RFA) for Cohort 9 (2025-28) is now available on the California Department of Education (CDE) website. Approved applicants receive between $30,000 and $2 million to support evidence-based, non-punitive programs and practices to keep the state’s most vulnerable pupils in school. All LEAs within the State of California that serve students in K-12 are invited to apply. Multiple LEAs may form a consortium and submit a single application. Past LCSSP grantees from Cohorts 1-6 are eligible to apply. Applications are due by 11:59 PM PST on June 20, 2025.
